# October Product Update

> Welcome to the October update for Erxes SaaS! This month, our team has been focused on optimizing performance, adding new plugins, and addressing user-reported bugs. Here’s a breakdown of the most significant updates and improvements:

### **Performance Highlights**

-   **Speed**: 96.1% of all actions on Erxes SaaS were completed within 1 second.
-   **Longest Action Duration**: The longest action took 10 seconds to complete.

### **Notable Updates**

**Erxes Version 2.0 Released**  
This major release separates Erxes System plugins and Core plugins for improved organization. The previously largest data-generating module, **Cards**, has been divided into five distinct sections:

-   **Deal (Sales)**
-   **Ticket (Complaints)**
-   **Task (Work Management)**
-   **Growth Hack**
-   **Purchase**

-   ### New Plugins
    
-   **Payment**: Added **Stripe** as a payment option.
-   **POS**: Erxes now includes a **POS app** for seamless transactions.
-   **Integration**: **Instagram post-integration** completed.

### Feature Improvements

-   **Broadcast**: Bulk email module speed has been enhanced.
-   **Call**:
    -   Fixed saving issues for calls transferred directly to mobile.
    -   Browser notifications are now enabled for received calls.
    -   Missed calls are now visible in the **Team Inbox**.
-   **Chatbot**: Automated chat is now available for boosted Facebook posts.
-   **EXM**: Salary breakdown expanded to **32 lines**.
-   **Insight**:
    -   Added new chart type to Pivot reports.
    -   Added **table type** for Contacts and Inbox.
    -   Reports can now be pinned for easy access.
-   **Knowledge Base**: Larger PDFs can be uploaded; database module speed improved.
-   **Structure**: Enhanced UI with an easy search feature.
-   **System Config**:
    -   Added **MSG PRO configuration**.
    -   Added support for **HWP** and **HWPX** file extensions.
-   **Team Inbox**: Added drag-and-drop for file uploads in Team Mail.  
     

### Bug Fixes

**Broadcast**

-   Fixed the "Something went wrong" error when sending mass emails.

**Call**

-   Resolved issue where calls received during nighttime hours were not being saved in Erxes.
-   Fixed instances where certain conversations were not being recorded.
-   Default values are now displayed on the call dashboard when there is no queue list.

**Product Configuration**

-   Fixed visibility issues for grouped products.

**Contact**

-   **Companies**: Resolved an issue where searches only worked with one word from a multi-word company name (e.g., "Erxes Mongolia LLC" would return results for “Mongolia”).
-   Addressed several issues encountered when merging contacts.

**Editor**

-   Added an instructional video explaining editor functionality.
-   Fixed an error that occurred when clicking "Code."

**Email Template**

-   Fixed bugs within the email template editor.

**Erkhet Sync**

-   Resolved an issue with selecting timeout durations in the Privileged Connections module.

**Export & Import**

-   Fixed missing data during export.
-   Addressed issues with manually created Property fields not appearing in Sales Field exports.
-   Corrected tag export and conversation download issues in Export & Import.
-   Fixed issues with ticket exports not generating correctly.

**Form**

-   Fixed scrolling issues when filling out forms.
-   Improved form search functionality.

**IMAP**

-   Resolved an issue where emails were not sent to CC addresses.
-   Fixed missing email problems.
-   Corrected email connection display issues in Zoho.

**Insight**

-   Resolved missing properties on Deal insights.
-   Fixed display issues with numerical data.
-   Addressed export errors in the Insight module.
-   Enabled copying of data from Insight.

**Facebook Integration**

-   Improved content formatting.
-   Fixed login issues when using "Continue with Facebook."
-   Addressed issues with photo visibility in Team Inbox for sent photos.
-   Resolved functionality issues with the Facebook bot.

**Loyalty**

-   Loyalty Score feature is now archived.

**Portal**

-   Fixed an issue preventing complaint creation and saving in Business Portal.

**POS (Point of Sale)**

-   Fixed non-functioning delivery section.
-   Resolved issues with adjusting discounts.
-   Corrected full POS print formatting on tablets.

**Pricing**

-   Addressed price policy issues when adding new products.

**Product & Service**

-   Improved product search functionality.
-   Fixed issues with manually editing the product description field.
-   Resolved issues with SaaS image uploads.

**Sales Pipeline**

-   Made Sales Field settings editable.
-   Fixed incorrect stage numbering.
-   Corrected issues preventing new card creation.
-   Addressed missing Property fields and Labels in the Sales Pipeline.
-   Fixed the "undefined is not iterable" error.
-   Corrected errors with card duplication.

**System Configuration**

-   Added recognition for WEBP file extensions in System Preferences.

**Team Inbox**

-   Fixed mixed-up statuses of "message received" and "last seen."
-   Resolved issues with background pipeline calls when clicking "Convert to."
-   Corrected conversion errors for forms received in Inbox.
-   Fixed errors when saving responses.

**Team Member**

-   Resolved issues with editing and saving team member information.

**Timeclock**

-   Fixed bugs in the Config and Request sections.
-   Corrected swapped positions of start and end shifts when exporting reports.
