# Operations: Steadier Avatars While Scrolling

Task assignee, project lead, and project-member cells now reuse member details that are already loaded. When you scroll through a long table, returning rows can display those avatars immediately.

This fixes the empty or question-mark flash that could appear as rows re-entered view. Members whose details have not loaded yet still need their initial lookup.
