Connecting your **Facebook Messenger** allows you to receive and reply to customer messages directly inside **Frontline**.  
Each Messenger integration must be linked to a specific **Channel**.

**Steps to Connect Facebook Messenger**

1.  Go to your **Channel**

2.  Select **Facebook Messenger** from the list of integrations

3.  Click **\+ Add Facebook Messenger Integration**

4.  Click **Connect Facebook Account**

5.  Select your **Facebook Profile Name**

6.  Click **Next**

7.  Choose the **Facebook Page** you want to connect

8.  Click **Next** again

9.  Enter a name for your integration (for example, _Gaming Facebook Messenger_)

10.  Click **Save** to complete the setup

-   Make sure you’re logged in to the **correct Facebook account** before connecting.
-   If your organization manages multiple Facebook Pages, connect each one to a separate Channel for better tracking and performance insights.
