## **How to Create Agents**

**Path:** Frontline → Loyalty → Agents

The Agents section lets you set up customer-specific loyalty rules, such as prepaid and discount percentages, with optional date and product restrictions.

Click to create a **New agent** and configure the form:

-   **Relevant Customers** — select the customers this agent applies to.
-   **Relevant Companies** — optionally limit to specific companies.
-   **Has Return** — toggle if the agent includes return logic.
-   **Prepaid Percent** — upfront payment percentage.
-   **Discount Percent** — discount percentage applied.
-   **Start Date / End Date** — full active date range.
-   **Start Month / End Month** — active month range.
-   **Start Day / End Day** — active day range.
-   **Choose Product Rules** — select which product rules apply.
