Hello, you can sort your Team inbox by brand by following the instructions below.

1.  Go to **the team inbox.**
2.  Click on the [☰ symbol](https://coolsymbol.com/copy/Trigram_for_Heaven_Symbol_%E2%98%B0)
3.  Click on **Brands**
4.  You can select the Brand you want to distinguish and see only the chats that come from that channel.

You can sort Contacts by brand by following these instructions.

1.  Go to **Contacts**
2.  Click on the [☰ symbol](https://coolsymbol.com/copy/Trigram_for_Heaven_Symbol_%E2%98%B0)
3.  Click on **Brands**
4.  You can select the brand you want to differentiate and see the users and customers generated from that brand.
