Hello, you can send mass messages to people who visit your organization's website by following the instructions below. 

1.  Go to **Broadcast**
2.  Click on **New broadcast.**
3.  Enter **a title.**
4.  **Select Messenger** and click Next.
5.  **Choose a Message Type** : Select the type of message you want to send (Segment, Tag, Brand).
6.  **Segment Type** : Select the user type and Segment to send the message to.
7.  Click **Next, Next.**
8.  **Message:** Enter the message content to send.
9.  Choose who to send **from .**
10.  Choose which brand to send **to**
11.  **Message type** Select your message type.
     1.  Chat
     2.  Note
     3.  Post
12.  Select the type of message you want to send **as Sent as**
     1.  Badge
     2.  Snipped
     3.  Show the full message
13.  **Save & Draft** : Save and exit
14.  **Send & Live** : Send your mass emails
