Hello, you can send mass notifications to people using your organization's mobile app by following these instructions. 

1.  Go to **Broadcast**
2.  Click on **New broadcast.**
3.  Enter **a title.**
4.  **Select Notification** and click Next.
5.  **Select the type of business portal** : Select Client Portal from the drop-down menu.
6.  **Choose a Client Portal** : Choose a name
7.  **Choose a Message Type** : Select the type of notification you want to send (Segment, Tag, Brand).
8.  **Segment Type** : Select the user type and Segment to send notifications to.
9.  **Compose your notification** Enter the content of the notification to send.
    -   **Choose your notification type** Choose your notification type
        -   In-app push notification
        -   Mobile & Web push notification
    -   **Notification Title** Enter the notification title.
    -   **Notification Content** Enter notification content
10.  **Save & Draft** : Save and exit
11.  **Send & Live** : Send your mass emails
