## **How to Create and Manage Client Portal Users**

Client Portal Users are contacts who can log in to a dedicated client portal.

Click **Add client portal user** to create portal access.

Fill in the portal user form:

-   **Client Portal** — select the portal they belong to.
-   **Type** — user type, such as Customer.
-   **Email** and **Phone**.
-   **First Name** and **Last Name**.
-   **Username** and **Password**.

Click to create the user. The Client Portal User details page opens, showing verification status and linked customer.
