**Path:** Frontline → Core modules → Contacts

The Contacts module is the central place to manage people and organizations connected to your business. It has four tabs: **Customers**, **Companies**, **Leads**, and **Client Portal Users**.

## **How to Create and Manage Customers**

**Path:** Frontline → Core modules → Contacts → Customers

The Customers tab shows all registered customers. You can search, filter, import, export, and add new customers from here.

To create a new customer, click the **Add Customer** button in the top-right corner.

Fill in the customer form:

-   **First Name** and **Last Name** (required).
-   **Code** — internal reference code.
-   **Owner** — assigned team member.
-   **Email** and **Email Verification Status**.
-   **Phone** and **Phone Verification Status**.
-   **Description** — optional notes.

Click **Create Customer**. The customer details page opens with a success message.
