## **How to Create and Record Donations**

### Step 1 — Open Donate settings

**Path:** Settings → Loyalty config → Donate

Click **Add donation campaign**.

### Step 2 — Configure the donation campaign

Set:

-   **Title** and **Max Score**.
-   Linked **Voucher Campaign** and **Min Score**.
-   **Start Date / End Date**.

### Step 3 — Record a donation

**Path:** Frontline → Loyalty → Donates

Click **Add Donation**.

-   Select the **Campaign**.
-   Choose **Owner Type** and **Owner**.
-   Enter the **Donate Score**.
-   Save.
