Hello, you can use your Email Template to automatically send emails to users when they fill out a form by following these instructions.

1.  Go to **Forms**
2.  Click **Edit.**
3.  Go to **the Confirmation section.**
4.  Click on **the On page.**
5.  Select **Email**
    1.  **Send email** : Choose which email to send from
    2.  **Subject** : Enter the general content of the email.
    3.  **Email template** : Choose a pre-made email, or select any email template and replace the text content within it.
6.  Click the **Save button.**

Also, if you want to set up an automatic email notification to yourself or another admin email address whenever a user fills out a form, click the checkbox below the Confirmation field.

1.  **Admin emails** Enter the email address to which you want to receive form completion notifications.
2.  **Subject Line** Enter the Subject value of the email.
3.  **Message** description Enter a value.

For emails to be sent automatically, only one of the following conditions must be met:

-   Your form must have a field to capture the user's email. If this field is not present, the above settings section will not be visible.
