Hello, you can use your Email Template when sending emails to Users by following these instructions. 

1.  Go to **Contact**
2.  **Select your customer** and click enter.
3.  Click on **the email icon.**
4.  **A small field** will appear with the option **to send an email.**
5.  **Click on Email template** to select from the prepared email templates and send.
