Hello, you can use the Email template in Team Inbox by following the instructions below. 

-   Go to **Team Inbox**
-   Click on **Conversation**
-   Go to **the Contact section.**
-   Click on **the Email Icon**
-   **A small field** will appear with the option **to send an email.**
-   **Click on Email template** to select from the prepared email templates and send.
