Hello, you can use your Email template on IMAP by following the instructions below. 

1.  Go to **Team Inbox**
2.  Click on a conversation that came in via **IMAP connection.**
3.  Click **Reply .**
4.  **Click on Email template** to select from the prepared email templates and send.
