**Help Center — Create a Public Support Portal**

The **Help Center** lets you build a public support portal for your customers. You can connect your Knowledge Base articles, ticket forms, custom forms, and CMS content in one place.

#### How to open Help Center

1.  In the left sidebar, click **Plugins**.
2.  Select **Frontline**.
3.  Click **Help Center**.

The list shows existing help centers with:

-   **Name:** Help center title
-   **Client Portal:** Linked client portal
-   **Knowledge Base Topic:** Connected knowledge base topic
-   **Ticket Channel:** Linked ticket channel

When you create more than one help center, they will appear in the list together.

#### How to create a new help center

1.  Click the **\+ Create Help Center** button at the top right.

1.  The **New Help Center** panel opens with two tabs: **General** and **Appearance**.

General settings

Fill in the basic information:

-   **Name:** Help center title
-   **Client Portal:** Select the client portal
-   **Description:** Add a description

**Knowledge Base section**

-   Enable **Show Knowledge Base** to display articles on the published site.
-   **Knowledge Base Name:** The name shown on the menu
-   **Knowledge Base Topic:** Select the topic to display

**Tickets section**

-   Enable **Show Tickets** to let visitors raise tickets.
-   **Ticket Name:** The name shown on the menu
-   **Channel:** Select the ticket channel
-   **Pipeline:** Select the ticket pipeline
-   **Status:** Select the default ticket status

**Forms section**

-   **Channel:** Select the channel
-   **Forms:** Choose which forms to display

**CMS section**

-   **CMS:** Select a CMS source if you want to include CMS content

Appearance settings

Click the **Appearance** tab to customize the look of your help center.

**Logo and Favicon**

-   Upload a **Main Logo**
-   Upload a **Favicon**

**Main Colors**

Customize colors for:

-   Body
-   Header
-   Footer
-   Help Center
-   Background
-   Active Tab

**Fonts and Color**

-   Base Font
-   Heading Font
-   Base Color
-   Heading Color
-   Link Text
-   Link Hover Text

**Form Elements Color**

-   Primary Action Button
-   Secondary Action Button
-   Heading Divider & Input Focus Glow

**Topic Appearance**

-   Color
-   Background Image

Customize header labels:

-   Wordmark
-   Home Tab
-   Forms Tab

Customize:

**Advanced**

For custom designs, you can add:

#### Finalizing the help center

After filling in both the General and Appearance tabs, click **Create Help Center** at the bottom right.

Once created, your help center will appear in the list.

> 💡 **Tip:** Choose a clean color scheme and upload your brand logo to make the help center look professional and consistent with your company identity.
