Hello, you can use Internal notes by following the instructions below. 

-   Go to **Teaminbox**
-   Select **Conversation (Write a note)**
-   **🔲** Click on the internal note icon and the conversation section will turn yellow, allowing you to write a note in that section.
-   **Click Send** to send it to the user. Notes written here will not be sent to the user.
-   In the New notes section of the other fields, type your notes directly and click the save button.
