**Accounting Inventory — Manage Live Stock, Stock Counts, and Reserve Levels**

The **Inventory** section inside the **Accounting** plugin helps you track current stock levels, perform physical stock counts, and manage reserve quantities.

## **How to open Inventory**

1.  In the left sidebar, click **Plugins**.
2.  Select **Accounting**.
3.  Expand **Inventory** (Барааны т.х).
4.  Choose the section you need.

The inventory menu includes:

-   Live Remainders (Үлдэгдэл)
-   Safe Remainders (Тооллого)
-   Reserve Remainders (Нөөц Үлдэгдэл)

## **Live Remainders**

The **Live Remainders** page shows current stock levels for all products.

The list shows:

-   Product code
-   Product name
-   Short name
-   Category
-   Unit price
-   Quantity

### Recalculating remainders

To update live inventory calculations:

1.  Click the **ReCalc Remainder** button at the top right.
2.  Select filters such as:
    -   Branch
    -   Department
    -   Product category
3.  Click **Run**.
