## **Safe Remainders**

The **Safe Remainders** section records physical stock counts.

### How to open Safe Remainders

1.  In the left sidebar, click **Accounting**.
2.  Expand **Inventory**.
3.  Click **Safe Remainders** (Тооллого).

The list shows previous stock counts with date, branch, department, and description.

### Creating a safe remainder

1.  Click **\+ Add Safe Remainder**.
2.  Fill in:
    -   Date
    -   Branch
    -   Department
    -   Product category
    -   Description

3.  Click **Save**.

The safe remainder detail page opens. It shows all products in the selected category.

### Tabs in safe remainder detail

The safe remainder detail has tabs for:

-   **Count** (Тооллого)
-   **Income** (Орлого)
-   **Expense** (Зарлага)
-   **Sales** (Борлуулалт)
-   **Adjustment** (Тохируулга)

In the **Adjustment** tab, you can map accounts for income, expense, and sales transactions.

### Submitting a safe remainder

1.  In the **Count** tab, mark which products were counted.
2.  Click **ReCalc** to recalculate quantities.
3.  Click **Submit** to finalize the stock count.

After submitting, the safe remainder appears in the list.
