**My Inbox — Your Personal Inbox**

**My Inbox** contains your private and direct conversations. Under this section, you will find the **Personal inbox**, which stores messages that are only visible and accessible to you.

#### How to open My Inbox

1.  Click **Frontline** in the left sidebar.
2.  Open **Inbox**.
3.  In the left panel, expand **My inbox**.
4.  Click **Personal inbox**.

#### When to use Personal inbox

-   For private messages that are not shared with the team
-   For direct customer communication assigned only to you
-   To separate your personal workload from the team queue

> 💡 **Tip:** If your Personal inbox is empty, it means no private conversations have been assigned to you yet.
