## **Settings → Profile**

### Simple explanation

The **Profile** page is where you manage your personal account information, profile picture, contact details, and social links.

### What is there

#### Profile picture

-   **Upload** — Click to add or change your profile picture.
-   **Remove** — Click to delete your current profile picture.
-   Helper text: _"Upload a profile picture to help identify you."_

#### Name

-   **Username** — Your account username.
-   **Firstname** — Your first name.
-   **Lastname** — Your last name.

#### Email

-   **Email** — Your public email address.

#### More Information

This section contains extra personal information such as:

-   **Position** — Your job position. Click _Add Positions_ to add.
-   **Middle Name**
-   **Short Name**
-   **Employee ID**
-   **Phone (Operator)** — Your phone number with country code.
-   **Join Date** — When you joined the company.
-   **Birth Date** — Your date of birth.

Helper text: _"Provide any relevant additional personal information, if applicable."_

#### Link

-   This is your public link address.
-   You can add links to your social profiles such as Facebook, X, Website, etc.

After making changes, click **Update** to save.
