The **Operation** plugin helps you organize and track your team's work through projects, tasks, and teams.

## **Projects**

The **Projects** section lets you create and manage projects.

### How to open Projects

1.  In the left sidebar, click **Plugins**.
2.  Select **Operation**.
3.  Click **Projects**.

The Projects page shows all existing projects with columns for Name, Priority, Status, Tags, and Team.

### Creating a new project

1.  Click the **\+ Add project** button at the top right.
2.  The **New project** panel opens.

Fill in the project details:

-   **Project Name**
-   **Status:** Todo, In progress, Done, etc.
-   **Priority:** Low, Medium, High, etc.
-   **Assignee**
-   **Start Date**
-   **End Date**
-   **Teams**
-   **Tags**
-   **Description**

You can also add rich text content in the description area using headings.

1.  Click **Save**.

The new project appears in the Projects list.

### Project overview

Click on a project name to open its overview page.

The overview shows:

-   Project status, priority, assignee, and dates
-   Project description with headings
-   Project Report with progress stats: Total, Started, Completed
-   Tabs for Overview and Tasks
-   Notes section at the bottom

### Custom project properties

You can add custom fields to projects through settings.

1.  Go to **Settings → Properties → Operation Project Properties**.
2.  The page shows core properties like Name, Status, Priority, Lead, Members, Teams, Tags, Start date, Target date, and Description.

1.  Click **\+ Add field** to add a custom property.
2.  Fill in:
    -   Icon
    -   Name
    -   Code
    -   Description
    -   Group
    -   Type
    -   Show in card option
    -   Logic rules

1.  Click **Add Property**.

The custom property will appear on the project overview page.
