## **How to Create and Give Scores**

### Step 1 — Open Score settings

**Path:** Settings → Loyalty config → Score

Edit or create a score campaign.

### Step 2 — Configure the score campaign

Set:

-   **Title**, **Description**, and **Order**.
-   Eligible or excluded **Product Category**, **Product**, and **Tag**.
-   **Target** channel, such as Sales pipeline or POS Order.
-   Action type: **Add**, **Subtract**, or **Set**.
-   **Score Value**, **Currency Ratio**, and who to apply scores to.

### Step 3 — Give a score manually

**Path:** Frontline → Loyalty → Scores

Open the score action to give points.

-   Select **Owner Type** and **Owner**.
-   Choose the **Target** channel.
-   Select the **Score Campaign**.
-   Enter the **Score** value and a **Description**.
-   Save.
