## **How to Create and Issue Spins**

### Step 1 — Open Spin settings

**Path:** Settings → Loyalty config → Spin

Click **Add spin campaign**.

### Step 2 — Configure the spin campaign

Set:

-   **Title** and **Buy Score**.
-   Spin levels with **Name**, **Voucher Campaign**, and **Probability**.
-   **Start Date / End Date**.

### Step 3 — Issue a spin

**Path:** Frontline → Loyalty → Spins

Click **Add Spin**.

-   Select the **Campaign**.
-   Choose **Owner Type** and **Owner**.
-   Set **Status** and linked **Voucher Campaign**.
-   Save.
