## **Getting Started with Loyalty**

The Loyalty module is where you build and manage customer reward programs. It includes Vouchers, Lotteries, Spins, Donates, Scores, Assignments, Agents, and Coupons.

Most loyalty items follow the same workflow:

1.  Open the loyalty subsection.
2.  Click **Go to settings** to configure the campaign rules.
3.  Create the campaign with restrictions, dates, and rewards.
4.  Return to the subsection and click **Add** to issue the reward to a customer.

## **How to Create and Issue Vouchers**

### Step 1 — Open Voucher settings

From the Vouchers page, click **Go to settings** in the top-right corner.

You land on **Settings → Loyalty config → Voucher**. If no campaigns exist, click **Add voucher campaign**.

### Step 2 — Configure the voucher campaign

On the **Campaign** tab, enter:

-   **Title** — campaign name.
-   **Buy Score** — score cost to redeem.
-   **Type** — reward type, such as Product Bonus.
-   **Kind** — value type, such as Amount.
-   **Count** — number of vouchers available.
-   **Start Date / End Date** — active period.

On the **Restriction** tab, set eligibility rules:

-   **Minimum Spend / Maximum Spend**.
-   Allowed or excluded **Product Category**, **Product**, and **Tag**.

On the **Product Bonus** tab, choose the bonus item:

-   **Bonus Product** — product given when redeemed.
-   **Bonus Count** — quantity.

Save the campaign. It appears in the voucher campaign list, where you can toggle its status.

### Step 3 — Generate or issue a voucher

To create a voucher code for a specific customer, click **Generate voucher**.

-   Select the **Voucher Campaign**.
-   Choose **Owner Type** and enter the **Owner ID**.
-   Set **Status** to Active.
-   Click **Generate**.

To issue a voucher from the main Vouchers list, click **Add Voucher**.

Select the campaign, owner type, and customer, then save.

The voucher now appears in the Vouchers list.
