**2\. Main purpose and Responsibilities of the Position**

**Position Summary:**

-   Align product features and activities with the overall objectives and goals of the company
-   Align the business goals with customer needs through products
-   Create a product strategy and a detailed roadmap to fulfil and meet various KPIs
-   Lead the organization in defining and building product vision and defining the culture needed to deliver the vision: product vision, product innovation, product design, product development, product management, and product marketing

**Position duties and responsibilities:**

-   Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
-   Create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases
-   Responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations
-   Lead the transformation of product ideas from their most formidable stages into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects while maintaining a serious consideration of the financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives of the busines
-   Reviews, refines, and supports product sales strategies
-   Present the company with regard to strategic customers, the press and analysts
-   Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
-   Sales and profit and loss responsibility for the entire international business
-   Lead, supervise and motivate a product management team and achieve steady improvements and build great products that deliver sustainable value to the business
-   Mentor for key product management personnel, constantly ensuring improvement in their professional skills and offering assistance in their duties upon request
-   Identification and promotion of high potentials and talents
-   Improve product experience by aligning with company objectives to effectively harness growth
-   Performs other duties as necessary for the execution of duties and duties as assigned by the Employer

**Position requirements**

-   Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent in working experience
-   At least 5 years of experience in the field of software, marketing or product management
-   At least 3 years of leadership experience in an international environment
-   Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
-   Very good communication skills in English language in order to communicate with management and senior management as well as with employees and colleagues
-   Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
-   You are a leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow
-   High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
-   Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
-   Economic sciences, engineering or technician training with additional training in business administration is a big plus
