**2\. Main purpose and Responsibilities of the Position**

**Job Summary:**

-   Introduce erkhet’s products to customers
-   Informing, training, broadcasting about products
-   Develop according to customer needs
-   Increase the market share of the online financial software

**Primary job description:**

-   [https://nmg.app.erxes.io/inbox/](https://nmg.app.erxes.io/inbox/) Provides information on questions related to the erkhet financial program
-   Related to software interests or development complaints
    -   Record customer and personal information according to the required column on the nmg.app.erxes.io/sales pipeline
    -   Determine the completion date for each work to be performed
    -   Make sure it is completed on time
    -   Provide information to customers who are waiting for the results of the work
-   Complete the manual on time and disseminate the information to the appropriate channels
-   Social channels will prepare and publish activation materials according to the activation plan
-   Actively participate in the planning and implementation of SME capacity building training under the supervision of financial operation manager
