## Data Deletion Instructions

erxes stores data from third-party platforms such as Facebook only for accounts and Pages that a workspace administrator has explicitly connected. This page explains how to delete that data, whether you are a workspace administrator or a customer who has interacted with a business through erxes. These options are available to all users in all countries where erxes is accessible.

#### Delete data from a connected Facebook Page

In your erxes workspace, go to Settings → Channels → facebook and remove the integration. This deletes the stored Page conversations, comments, post metadata, and access tokens associated with that Page.

#### Revoke erxes access from Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find erxes, and remove it. This immediately revokes all permissions erxes was granted. You can request deletion of the data already collected directly from that screen, or by contacting us as described below.

#### Delete your erxes account and all associated data

Contact us at [\[email protected\]](https://erxes.io/contact) from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion of your account and all associated data within 30 days.

#### Data deletion for customers and visitors (end users)

If you have interacted with a business through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or any other channel connected to erxes — regardless of where you are located — you can have your personal data deleted in either of these ways:

1\. Ask the business directly. The business you contacted can permanently delete your customer profile and conversation history from their erxes workspace at any time from the Contacts section.

2\. Contact us. Email [\[email protected\]](https://erxes.io/contact) with the name of the business or the Facebook/Instagram page you interacted with and the profile name you used. We will locate and permanently delete your personal data — including profile information, messages, and any associated records — from the relevant workspace and confirm completion within 30 days.
