The Booking plugin is available at erxes marketplace for all users when you get started with erxes. It comes for free as it’s one of the core plugins erxes provides.
⚙️ Self-hosted client, please go to the plugin installation documentation to install the Booking plugin after installing the erxes XOS.
💻 SaaS clients, when you sign-up for the erxes Booking plugin, you will be there already, so just follow this guideline to get started with this plugin.
Step one. Include your apartment complex within erxes’ Products & Services area
- Go to Sales - Products and Services located on the left menu
- Click “+ Add category” and enter the name of your entire complex
- Give it a distinctive code
- Add a description of your apartment complex
- Upload an image that shows the overall block/apartment numbers
- Click “Save” to save the apartment complex
- Click “+ Add category” again and this time, enter the first block/apartment number
- Give it a distinctive code
- Upload an image that shows the whole block/apartment
- Click “Parent Category” and choose the entire complex that you saved earlier
- Repeat the last step for each block/apartment that is for sale

- Repeat a similar process for each of the floors
- Upload an image that shows the rooms available for that floor
- Click “Parent Category” and choose the block/apartment for that floor
- Click “Save” to save that floor

- Create the available rooms by clicking on “+ Add items” within the designated floor
- Give it a name, specify the unique code, choose the designated floor as the category
- Include the description of the room and its perks
- Upload the necessary feature image and additional images of the rooms
- Put in the price of the room and save it
- Repeat the process for the other rooms

Step two. Creating your booking system within erxes
- Go to the Booking widget available on the left menu
- Click + Create Booking
- Choose “Item Shape” as Rectangle
- Specify the color that you want to be displayed on the system
- Click “Next” to edit the content of the booking system
- Give the booking system a name and a description
- Upload the apartment complex cover image for the system. Please note that this image will be shown first to a visitor.
- Choose your created apartment complex in the “Main Product Category”
- Specify the “Display Blocks”, “Columns”, “Rows” and the “Margin”
- Click “Next” to edit the “Settings” section
- Give the system a “Title”, choose the “Brand”, “Channel”
- Specify the language and click “Next”

- Create the “Form” by giving it a Title, Description, Number of Pages
- Specify whether if the fields are required to be entered or not
- Specify the button text and include your desired form elements
- Capture leads by including company name, first name, down payment details, etc.
- Click “Next” to choose the confirmation message type
- Input the desired title and the message you want to show to your leads
- Save it

Step three. Embedding the booking system script onto your webpage
- Click “<> Install Code” located on the right side of the page under “Actions”
- Click “Copy to Clipboard” to copy the script
- Go to your webpage and embed the custom code.

Wix was used for this example. You can also give the code to your company’s web developer for an easier process.
- Resize the booking system to your liking and publish your page
- The visitor should be able to see the booking system now
- You should now receive the lead’s information within erxes’ after submission
To navigate your bookings
- Filter communication within the chosen brands/status/tags..
- When viewing archived cards, select Archived items.
