What is loyalty?
Loyalty is a plugin that works by giving rewards if certain conditions are met. The conditions apply to the segment and by winning the spin or draw, while bonuses are given the form of vouchers.
There are 5 types of vouchers:
- Product Discount: A percentage discount will be calculated for the products.
- Product Bonus: You will receive a set number of products selected.
- Lottery Campaign: Provides lottery numbers.
- Sping Campaign: Gives the right to spin.
- Coupon: It's given in a coupon form.
Follow the steps below to create Loyalty.
Step 1. Go to Loyalty Config in the Settings menu.
Step 2. Loyalty has 4 different types.
Loyalty Config.
General Settings-Loyalty ratio currency: You have the ability to adjust how many MNT is one point.
Share Settings: Fee for score sharing: if the organization takes a certain amount of deduction when transferring its scores to others then enter the points for that deduction.
Voucher: Bonus.
Lottery: Lottery
Spin: Ability to spin
Donate: Donation

Step 3. On the left side of the screen click on Voucher to enter.
Step 4. Details to create a Voucher.
- Title: What would the title be?
- Type: What type of voucher?
- Start Date: When will it start?
- End Date: How long will it last?
- Finish Date of use: How long will the duration period be?
- Product Category or Product: Product?
- Discount Percent: The specified discount percentage.
- Buy Score: It means that those who collect the points can get the bonus directly.
- Description: Description.
- Feature Image: Image.
Step 5. Voucher Types.

Lotter Campaign: Provides Lottery numbers.
Spin Campaign: Gives the right to spin.
Coupon: It is used to give a coupon.

- Title: What will the title be?
- Start Date: When will it start?
- End Date: When will it end?
- Finish Date of use: How long will the duration be?
- Buy score: It means that whose who collected the points can get the bonus directly.
- Number Format: Numbering format.
- Name: Name.
- Voucher Campaign: Which Vouchers apply or do not apply.
- Count: How many people have a chance to win the lottery.
- Description: Description of said lottery.
- Feature Image: Image.

Step 8. On the left side of the screen, click on Spin.
Step 9. Details to create Spin.
- Title: What would the title be?
- Start Date: When is the start date?
- End Date: When is the end date?
- Finish Date of use: How long will the duration of the period be.

- Name: Name.

- Probability: The probability of winning.
- Description: Description.
- Feature Image: Image.

- Mini Score: Minimum Score.
- Voucher: Which voucher does it belong to?
- Description: Description.
- Feature Image: Image.
Step 12. How to check the generated Loyalty?
Step 13. In the field on the left, go to More and enter Loyalty.
Step 14. Look Below to see how many people are using Loyalty.
Additional Filters.
- Status: Filter active incentives and completed incentives.
- Owner type: Filter the level of incentives distrubuted to individuals, companies, or internal employees.
- Customers: Filter by the specified person.
- Team Member: Filter by the specified team member.
Step 15. On the right side, you can view loyalty users.
