The first version of erxes’ internal **AI Assistant** will go live — focused on enabling internal team support and self-education.

Use cases include:

-   Answering HR-related questions and sharing internal policies
-   Providing on-demand help with erxes product usage (how-to guides, training content)
-   Reducing dependency on HR or onboarding staff

The AI Assistant is part of the Core module and will be further enhanced based on real usage within the erxes team.
