# Our Team Meet the people building erxes — a remote, diverse team on a mission to make business software open, customizable, and fair for everyone. ## Open Source Experience Operating System (XOS) [Get Started](https://erxes.io/experience-management)[Launch demo](https://erxes.io/demo) With erxes, all your marketing, sales, and customer service tools are merged into one platform for greater output. ![Core Values](https://profile-media.erxes.io/cms/9dc609302623a4aaa9ce4d2923795732.png) ## Our Core Values **Customer Centricity** We focus on customer experience and satisfaction, and our decisions are made based on our customer's wants and needs. **Open Source and Transparent** We strongly advocate for open and transparent community participation and collaboration. **Growth mindset** If the mindset is a lens, then a growth mindset is an empowering lens with endless possibilities. **Remote but solid teamwork** Remote working encourages a higher level of communication, independence, and confidence, sparking creativity and productivity as a team. **Inclusivity and diversity** We are demographically diverse (ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation) and experientially diverse (levels of expertise, socio-economic status) to create the perfect grounds for innovation. **Fail often, fail early** We believe in a failure-positive culture that allows us to be transparent, wildly creative, and become risk-takers, which ultimately disrupts the market. ##
