  • What is the erxes Affiliate Program?
    It allows you to earn a commission for customer referrals using a unique link. You can forward it directly to your clients or embed them in your content, such as emails, blog posts, and webinars. Joining the program gives you and your business a simple way to add value to your site and audience while creating new revenue opportunities.
  • Does it cost anything to become a partner?
    No. Signing up and participating as an Affiliate Partner is completely free.
  • Is there a minimum sales requirement to earn a commission?
    No. But your reward must be at least $25 after processing fees to cash out.
  • Do I need to be an erxes customer?
    Not necessarily. We would love it if you used erxes yourself, but you are not required to be a customer to be a part of this program.
  • What do I need to do to sign up?
    Simply fill out the application form for the program of your choice to get started. We’ll review your application, and if we need more information, we’ll contact you by email.
  • How long do commissions last?
    Unless otherwise stated, commissions last for the lifetime of the account.
  • How do I get paid?
    At the end of each month, your rewards are calculated and available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe (alternative methods are available for non-PayPal regions).
  • When do I get paid?
    Payments are verified and paid-out the month after your commission is earned. For example, any commissions earned in February will be available on March 16th.
  • How long do cookies last?
    We use cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days starts again.
  • Which erxes version are we talking about in this partner program?
    This partnership is only for referring or using erxes Cloud (SaaS) version. If you’re interested in partnering on a self-hosted version of erxes (on-premise), you should join the Solutions Partner Programs at docs.erxes.io
