Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How does the Growth Plan upgrades work?
Your first 10 user accounts are included in the standard Growth Plan. Additional 5 user accounts count as one time upgrade and are billed at an additional $20/month.

For example, if you have 15 active user accounts, you'd pay $20/month on top of your standard bill of $100/month. But if you have 17 active users, you’d pay additional $40/month (which is 2 upgrades at $20/month).
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. When you pay for a year upfront, you’ll get two months for free.
Do you need my credit card info to sign up?
No, you can sign up and use erxes without entering credit card details.
What is the billing cycle, if I wish to scale up and buy an upgrade?
We bill monthly.
What is your refund policy?
There's no minimum contract for erxes - cancel any time without penalty or hassle. If you prepaid for a year, we’ll refund any unused credits.
What is the payment method? How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. For Enterprise plans, we issue invoices payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All the core features are included in all our plans. You pay only if you decide to scale up and upgrade features. Some additional enterprise features (mentioned above) are available only for enterprise customers.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Most customers pay as they go with month-to-month per-upgrade pricing. For larger customers who have enterprise requirements, we can issue a Statement of Work, a Purchase Order, and a Service Agreement with an annual commitment.
