Why we hit pause?

Building erxes has always been about momentum. We thrive on rapid iteration and community-driven development. But somewhere along the way, we realized our design was holding us back. The interface that once felt innovative now felt crowded. Workflows were harder to follow. Customization, one of our core strengths, was becoming overwhelming instead of empowering.

What we changed:

We listened to our users. We watched how teams worked. We saw the friction points. It was clear: to keep delivering on our promise, we needed to rethink, not just refine.
