Frontline Knowledge Base

How to use: Search the knowledge base by typing keywords into the search bar at the top—the system shows relevant articles as you type. Browse articles by category by clicking on category names in the sidebar. Open any article to read the full content, see related articles, and view helpful ratings from other users. If you can't find an answer, request a new article by clicking "Request Article" and describing what information is needed. Create new articles (if you have permission) by clicking "New Article" and writing the content in the editor—use headings, bullet points, and images to make articles easy to scan. Organize articles into appropriate categories and add relevant tags for better searchability. Use the formatting toolbar to bold important points, add numbered steps, or insert screenshots. Before publishing, click "Preview" to see how the article will appear. Save articles as drafts if they're not ready to publish yet. After publishing, track article performance by viewing how many times it's been read and its helpfulness rating. Update outdated articles by clicking "Edit" on any article you created. Add related articles links at the bottom to guide readers to additional relevant information. For external-facing knowledge bases, click "Publish Externally" to make articles visible to customers on your website. Use version history to restore previous versions if needed.
