How to use: View all scheduled tours in the tour calendar showing departures by date and tour type. Track supplier bookings (restaurants, activity providers, accommodations) linked to each tour—ensure all reservations are confirmed. Handle cancellations by finding the booking, clicking "Cancel," and processing refunds according to your cancellation policy. Modify bookings by opening the reservation and editing dates, participant numbers, or special requests. Generate tour costing reports to see expenses versus revenue for profitability analysis. Manage tour guide schedules to avoid double-booking guides and ensure adequate coverage. Create tour packages by defining itineraries with all included services, pricing, and descriptions. Update tour availability based on seasonal schedules or special events. Send pre-tour information to participants automatically including meeting location, what to bring, and itinerary highlights.
