Content CMS

How to use: Access your content dashboard showing all published pages, drafts, and scheduled content. Create a new page by clicking "New Page" and selecting page type (standard page, blog post, landing page, etc.). Write your page title in the title field—this becomes the page headline and browser tab text. Use the visual editor to write and format content—highlight text to make it bold, italic, create headings, or add links. Insert images by clicking the image icon, uploading from your computer, or selecting from the media library. Resize and position images using drag handles and alignment options. Add buttons or call-to-action elements by clicking "Insert Element" and configuring button text, color, and destination URL. Create structured layouts using content blocks or sections—drag and drop blocks to rearrange page structure. Add videos by pasting YouTube or Vimeo URLs, or uploading video files directly. Optimize for search engines by filling in the SEO section with page description, keywords, and custom URL slug. Preview your page by clicking "Preview" to see exactly how it will appear to visitors on desktop and mobile devices. Save as draft if the content isn't ready to publish yet—drafts are only visible to content creators. Schedule publication by setting a future date and time instead of publishing immediately. Publish pages by clicking "Publish" when ready—content goes live instantly. Edit published content by opening the page and making changes—updates appear immediately after saving. Organize content using categories and tags for better site navigation and filtering. Duplicate existing pages as templates by clicking "Duplicate" rather than starting from scratch. Manage navigation menus by adding, removing, or rearranging links in the menu editor. Review analytics to see which pages get most traffic and engagement—use this to inform future content decisions.
