Brands

How to use: Access brand management by selecting "Brands" from the WORKSPACE section in the settings sidebar. Create a new brand by clicking the "+ Create brand" button—opens a form to set up a distinct business identity. Enter a clear brand name that identifies the business unit, division, or sub-brand you're creating. Write an optional brand description explaining what this brand represents or which customers it serves. Note the automatically generated brand code—this short identifier is used throughout the system when selecting brands. Upload a brand-specific logo by clicking the logo upload area—each brand can have its own visual identity. Configure brand colors by setting primary and secondary colors—ensures consistent branding in customer communications. Set up brand-specific email settings including sender name, reply-to address, and email signature unique to this brand. Assign team members to specific brands so they work within the appropriate brand context. Create brand-specific templates for emails, documents, and forms that match each brand's voice and style. Use the three-dot menu next to each brand to edit settings, update branding elements, or manage brand assignments. Filter the brand list if you have many brands—search by name or code to find specific brands quickly. Archive brands that are no longer active rather than deleting—preserves historical data while removing from active use. Apply brands to customers, deals, and communications so each interaction reflects the appropriate brand identity. Review your brand structure periodically to ensure it still reflects your organizational structure and business needs.
