Browse product organization options in the left panel: Product Service, Categories, UOM (Unit of Measure), General config, Similarity Group, Bundle Condition, Bundle Rule, and Product Rule. Add a new product by clicking the "+ Add Product" button—opens a form to create new product entries. Enter the product name that customers will see on invoices, quotes, and throughout the system. Write a product description explaining features, benefits, and specifications—this appears in customer-facing materials. Set the product SKU or code for internal tracking and inventory management—use consistent numbering systems. Configure pricing by entering the base price, cost, and any quantity-based or subscription pricing tiers. Select the product category to organize items in logical groups—helps with browsing and reporting. Choose product type: physical goods, services, digital products, or subscriptions—affects how they're handled in sales. Set tax settings defining whether the product is taxable and which tax rates apply. Upload product images to show customers what they're purchasing—add multiple images for different angles. Define product variants if selling the same item in different sizes, colors, or configurations—each variant can have distinct pricing. Enable inventory tracking if managing stock levels—set current quantity and reorder points. Create product bundles combining multiple items sold together at a package price—useful for promotions. Set up recurring billing for subscription products—define billing frequency and renewal terms. Import products in bulk using CSV upload for large catalogs—map file columns to product fields. Export the product list for analysis, backup, or sharing with other systems. Organize products using the Categories section in the left panel—create hierarchical category structures.
