Integration Config
How to use: Access integrations by navigating to "Integrations Config" in the FRONTLINE section of settings. Browse available integrations in the marketplace—organized by category like CRM, accounting, marketing, e-commerce, payment processors. Search for specific integrations by name if you know which application you want to connect. Click on any integration to view details including description, features, requirements, and setup instructions before connecting. Connect new integrations by clicking "Connect," "Install," or "Authorize"—follow the authentication process for that specific service. Enter API keys or credentials when required—copy these from the other application's settings into the integration form. Authorize integrations via OAuth by signing into the other service and approving requested permissions. Configure integration settings after connecting—map data fields between systems, set sync frequency, choose which data to share. Set up field mapping to ensure data translates correctly—match contact fields, deal stages, product information between systems. Configure sync direction: one-way (OfficeNext to app or app to OfficeNext) or two-way bidirectional synchronization. Set sync frequency determining update timing—real-time, hourly, daily, or manual only depending on needs. Enable selective sync by choosing which specific records or data types should transfer between systems. Test integrations after setup by creating test records and verifying they appear correctly in both systems. Monitor integration status through the dashboard—check last sync time, errors, and connection health regularly. View integration logs showing all data exchanges and any errors—troubleshoot sync problems or data discrepancies. Pause integrations temporarily without disconnecting—useful during testing, migrations, or system maintenance periods. Update integration settings as requirements change—adjust field mappings, sync frequency, or data selection criteria. Disconnect integrations no longer needed—choose whether to preserve or delete synced data from your system. Set up webhook integrations for custom applications not in the marketplace—configure endpoint URLs and authentication. Create integration-based automations triggering actions when data syncs—automated workflows based on external system events. Monitor API usage if integrations have call limits—avoid exceeding quotas that could break connections. Configure error notifications for integration failures—receive alerts when syncs fail for quick resolution.
