How to change your password in erxes Next (SaaS)

Step 1: Open Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Step 2: Select Change Password

Go to Settings → ACCOUNT → Change Password.

Step 3: Fill in the fields

CURRENT PASSWORD

[your current password]

NEW PASSWORD

[your new password]

RE-ENTER YOUR PASSWORD TO CONFIRM

[your new password again]

Step 4: Check the password rules

Your new password must meet all of these rules:

• At least 8 characters
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 lowercase letter
• At least 1 uppercase letter
• Passwords must match

A valid example format:

Erxes2026!

Step 5: Save

After filling in all fields, click the Save button at the bottom.
