Settings → Notifications

The Notifications page lets you control which events and plugins can send you notifications. You can turn notifications on or off for each plugin and choose how you want to receive them.

How to open Notifications

1. Click Settings in the bottom-left sidebar.
2. Under the ACCOUNT section, click Notification.
3. The Notifications panel opens on the right.

On the left side, you will see a list of plugins grouped by category:

• CORE PLUGIN
• OPERATION PLUGIN
• SALES PLUGIN
• FRONTLINE PLUGIN

Each plugin has its own notification settings. Click any plugin name to see its events.

1. Core Plugin — Structure

• Path: Settings → Notification → Structure
• URL: /settings/notification/core:structure

What it does

This controls notifications about changes to the company structure, such as branches, departments, and positions.

What is there

At the top:

• Core toggle — Turn this on to receive any notifications from the Core plugin.
• Notification channels: Email, Mobile soon, Other soon.

Below that:

• Structure toggle — Turn on/off all Structure notifications at once. Shows 0 of 3 events active.

Events

• Branch assignee changed
  Triggered when the assignee of a branch is changed.
• Department assignee changed
  Triggered when the assignee of a department is changed.
• Position assignee changed
  Triggered when the assignee of a position is changed.

2. Operation Plugin — Task

• Path: Settings → Notification → Task
• URL: /settings/notification/operation:task

What it does

This controls task-related notifications.

What is there

At the top:

• Operation toggle — Turn this on to receive any notifications from the Operation plugin.
• Notification channels: Email, Mobile soon, Other soon.

Below that:

• Task Notifications toggle — Turn on/off all Task notifications at once. Shows 0 of 2 events active.

Events

• Task Assigned
  Triggered when a user is assigned to a task.
• Task Status changed
  Triggered when a task status is changed.

3. Operation Plugin — Project

• Path: Settings → Notification → Project
• URL: /settings/notification/operation:project

What it does

This controls project-related notifications.

What is there

At the top:

• Operation toggle — Turn this on to receive any notifications from the Operation plugin.
• Notification channels: Email, Mobile soon, Other soon.

Below that:

• Project Notifications toggle — Turn on/off all Project notifications at once. Shows 0 of 2 events active.

Events

• Project Assigned
  Triggered when a user is assigned to a project.
• Project Status changed
  Triggered when a project status is changed.

4. Sales Plugin — Deals

• Path: Settings → Notification → Deals
• URL: /settings/notification/sales:deals

What it does

This controls deal/sales-related notifications.

What is there

At the top:

• Sales toggle — Turn this on to receive any notifications from the Sales plugin.
• Notification channels: Email, Mobile soon, Other soon.

Below that:

• Deals toggle — Turn on/off all Deals notifications at once. Shows 0 of 2 events active.

Events

• Deal assignee
  Triggered when a user is assigned to a deal.
• Deal status changed
  Triggered when a deal status is changed.

5. Sales Plugin — Note

• Path: Settings → Notification → Note
• URL: /settings/notification/sales:note

What it does

This controls note-related notifications in the Sales plugin.

What is there

At the top:

• Sales toggle — Turn this on to receive any notifications from the Sales plugin.
• Notification channels: Email, Mobile soon, Other soon.

Below that:

• Note toggle — Turn on/off all Note notifications at once. Shows 0 of 1 events active.

Events

• Mentioned in note
  Triggered when a user is mentioned in a note.

6. Frontline Plugin — Conversations

• Path: Settings → Notification → Conversations
• URL: /settings/notification/frontline:conversations

What it does

This controls notifications for customer or team conversations.

What is there

At the top:

• Frontline toggle — Turn this on to receive any notifications from the Frontline plugin.
• Notification channels: Email, Mobile soon, Other soon.

Below that:

• Conversations toggle — Turn on/off all Conversation notifications at once. Shows 0 of 6 events active.

Events

• Message added
  Triggered when a message is added to a conversation.
• Assignee changed
  Triggered when a conversation assignee is changed.
• Conversation created
  Triggered when a conversation is created.
• Participant added
  Triggered when a participant is added to a conversation.
• State changed
  Triggered when a conversation state is changed.
• Conversation tagged
  Triggered when a conversation is tagged.

7. Frontline Plugin — Channels

• Path: Settings → Notification → Channels
• URL: /settings/notification/frontline:channels

What it does

This controls channel-related notifications in the Frontline plugin.

What is there

At the top:

• Frontline toggle — Turn this on to receive any notifications from the Frontline plugin.
• Notification channels: Email, Mobile soon, Other soon.

Below that:

• Channels toggle — Turn on/off all Channel notifications at once. Shows 0 of 1 events active.

Events

• Assignee change
  Triggered when a channel member is changed.
