Segments — Complete User Guide

Getting Started with Segments

Path: Frontline → Core modules → Segments

Segments let you group records by shared conditions. You can build segments for Team members, Companies, Customers, Leads, Products, Tickets, Conversations, Tasks, Projects, Deals, and POS orders.

How to Create a Segment

Click Create Segment in the top-right corner.

In the Create a segment modal, configure:

  • Color — pick a visual label.
  • Name — segment title.
  • Description — optional note.
  • Who can see this — visibility setting.
  • Conditions — choose the Type, Property, Condition, and Value.

You can combine conditions with AND or OR logic, and add condition groups for nested rules.

The Matching Records counter updates as you build conditions. Click Save segment when done.

Saved segments appear in the list with their name, description, and matching count.
