[Export] Conversation (Teaminbox)
Hello, you can export Teaminbox (Conversation) information registered in the Erxis system by following the instructions below.
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Click on Import & Export.
- Select Export .
- Click on Conversation and then click Next.
- Select the fields in the Excel column section of Properties to export and click Next.
- After filtering the field with the values you need, go to the Filter section.
- Click Apply Filter.
- Click Count to count again.
- Click Apply Filter.
- Click the Next button and fill in the Name field.
- Accept the Disclaimer and click Export. From the results that appear
- Click on Download Result to get your data.
