[Email template] Use on Teaminbox
Hello, you can use the Email template in Team Inbox by following the instructions below.
- Go to Team Inbox
- Click on Conversation
- Go to the Contact section.
- Click on the Email Icon
- A small field will appear with the option to send an email.
- Click on Email template to select from the prepared email templates and send.
