Mongolian Plugin — Manage Local Integrations and Syncs

The Mongolian plugin contains tools for managing local Mongolian service integrations. It includes three main sections: Put Response, Erkhet Sync, and MSDynamic.

How to open the Mongolian plugin

1. In the left sidebar, click Plugins.
2. Select Mongolian.

The Mongolian plugin menu shows:

• Put Response
• Erkhet Sync
• MSDynamic
  MSDynamic
   
• The MSDynamic section is used to synchronize data with Microsoft Dynamics.

• Sync History

• Click MSDynamic in the Mongolian menu.
• Select Sync History.
• The Sync History page shows the same type of log information as Erkhet Sync.

• Check Orders

• Click Check Orders to review order records synced from MSDynamic.
• The list shows:
• Created At
• Number
• Total Amount
• Paid At
• Synced Date

• Check Categories

• Click Check Categories to review category records.
• At the top, you can:
• Create Categories
• Update Categories
• Delete Categories
• Select a category
• Select a brand
• The list shows:
• Code
• Name
• Description
• Status

• Check Products

• Click Check Products to review product records.
• At the top, you can:
• Create Products
• Update Products
• Delete Products
• Choose a brand
• The list shows:
• Code
• Name
• Bar Codes
• Unit Price
• Status

• Check Price

• Click Check Price to review and update product prices.
• The tabs include:
• Update product price
• Matched product price
• Not created product
• Unmatched product
• Error product
• Select a brand and click Check to load price data.

• Check Customers

• Click Check Customers to review customer records.
• At the top, you can:
• Create customers
• Update customers
• Delete customers
• Choose a brand
• The list shows:
• MSD Code
• Status
• MSD Name
• MSD Phone
• MSD Email
