Accounting Inventory — Manage Live Stock, Stock Counts, and Reserve Levels

The Inventory section inside the Accounting plugin helps you track current stock levels, perform physical stock counts, and manage reserve quantities.

How to open Inventory

1. In the left sidebar, click Plugins.
2. Select Accounting.
3. Expand Inventory (Барааны т.х).
4. Choose the section you need.

The inventory menu includes:

• Live Remainders (Үлдэгдэл)
• Safe Remainders (Тооллого)
• Reserve Remainders (Нөөц Үлдэгдэл)

Live Remainders

The Live Remainders page shows current stock levels for all products.

The list shows:

• Product code
• Product name
• Short name
• Category
• Unit price
• Quantity

Recalculating remainders

To update live inventory calculations:

1. Click the ReCalc Remainder button at the top right.
2. Select filters such as:
   • Branch
   • Department
   • Product category
3. Click Run.
