How to Create and Issue Lotteries
Step 1 — Open Lottery settings
Path: Settings → Loyalty config → Lottery
If no lotteries exist, click Add lottery campaign.
Step 2 — Configure the lottery campaign
Fill in the form:
- Title and Buy Score — entry cost.
- Number Format and length for lottery numbers.
- Prize levels with Name, linked Voucher Campaign, and Count.
- Start Date / End Date.
Step 3 — Issue a lottery entry
Path: Frontline → Loyalty → Lotteries
Click Add Lottery.
- Select the Campaign.
- Choose Owner Type and Owner.
- Set Status and linked Voucher Campaign.
- Save.
