How to Create and Issue Spins
Step 1 — Open Spin settings
Path: Settings → Loyalty config → Spin
Click Add spin campaign.
Step 2 — Configure the spin campaign
Set:
- Title and Buy Score.
- Spin levels with Name, Voucher Campaign, and Probability.
- Start Date / End Date.
Step 3 — Issue a spin
Path: Frontline → Loyalty → Spins
Click Add Spin.
- Select the Campaign.
- Choose Owner Type and Owner.
- Set Status and linked Voucher Campaign.
- Save.
