How to Create and Record Donations
Step 1 — Open Donate settings
Path: Settings → Loyalty config → Donate
Click Add donation campaign.
Step 2 — Configure the donation campaign
Set:
- Title and Max Score.
- Linked Voucher Campaign and Min Score.
- Start Date / End Date.
Step 3 — Record a donation
Path: Frontline → Loyalty → Donates
Click Add Donation.
- Select the Campaign.
- Choose Owner Type and Owner.
- Enter the Donate Score.
- Save.
